Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients through targeted outreach, strategic content engagement, and exceptional relationship building.
  • Engage in lead generation activities, including personalized emails, direct messaging on LinkedIn, and cold calling to connect with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to leverage content such as blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads efficiently, ensuring all client interactions are documented and followed up on to maximize conversion rates.
  • Participate in online industry events and webinars to network and promote our unique wellness solutions.
  • Work closely with the client management team to ensure that each client's needs are addressed with tailored proposals and solutions that emphasize long-term health benefits and workplace productivity.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and comfortable with sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear client communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and organizational skills.
